SUMMARY:
- New role due to growth
- Will lead all aspects of the global, strategic direction of the company’s HRIS (Workday)
- Deliver Workday technology solutions that help the business to continue to grow
- Work closely with company business leaders
- Reports to the VP of HR
- Will lead a global team of 7+ employees plus several contractors

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of HRIS and/or HR Technology experience
- 5+ years of experience leading global and/or remote teams
- Expertise in all areas of information systems with a strong background in Workday
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
