Michele Co-founded a fractional HR consulting company called EarlyHR Solutions in 2020, and after seeing so many organizations struggling with employee engagement, her company rolled out a subscription based service called EarlyEngage.  EarlyEngage was created to help organizations with limited staff and means, to be more intentional around professional development and employee engagement, necessary for retention and organizational growth.
