DeAdrian "Dee" Maddox
DeAdrian "Dee" Maddox is the Founder and CEO of DMX Consulting, LLC. She is a certified woman-owned small business focusing on professional development training, public speaking, and career transition coaching. With over two decades of experience and certification in human resources and government compliance, Dee has established herself as a performance management expert. She served as the Human Capital Team Lead for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center during the retirement of the Space Shuttle Program. In this capacity, she developed a strategic plan to ensure the seamless transition of thousands of personnel impacted by the program's retirement. Dee's most recent role was as a Senior Management Analyst at USDA.
Dee holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the George Washington University. She is a sought-after public speaker, published author, and regular podcast guest. Dee is also a member of the Junior League of Collin County, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (Diamond Life), and serves on several community boards and committees.
Dee is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, but has lived in Frisco, Texas, with her husband and two adult children for over a decade. She is passionate about giving back to the community while maintaining a fulfilling personal life.
