This is a panel discussion with three community human resource leaders who are passionate about volunteering efforts. These workplace experts speak about why volunteerism is critical and important, not only from a personal perspective but as an engaging workplace strategy to enhance employee collaboration, engagement, skills and learning opportunities as well as diversity, equity and inclusion effort for our communities.
