Goldberg has led the global talent initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Republic Services, and MGM Resorts International. He has been responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of talent programs and initiatives. These efforts have resulted in ongoing talent results and recognition including BusinessWeek’s “Best places to launch a career”, CollegeRecruiter.com’s top employer lists Fortune’s Best Places to Work, and others. He currently leads the Talent Acquisition efforts at Cornerstone Healthcare Group based in Dallas.
Active with the education community, Goldberg sat on the Board of International CHRIE, an association of Hospitality Educators as well as The Culinary Academy, an Employer and Organized Labor partnership focused on reducing poverty and eliminating unemployment by providing vocational and job-readiness training to youth, adults, and displaced workers.
He has also served as an executive adviser to HR technology companies and recruitment associations and shares his talent strategies through publications or speaking opportunities including, the Human Capital Institute, Recruiting News Network, HR Tech, Aberdeen, ACHE (American College of Healthcare Executives) annual conference, HRO Today, Talent Management Magazine and ERE recruitment conferences.
