HR in 2022: It’s a Great Day for Leadership!
HR professionals have never had more challenges. We have also never had the opportunity for more impact within our organizations! From talent shortages and the Great Resignation to employee stress (that HR professionals experience as well), now is time for HR to continue to step up and lead!
In this session we will explore:
- How we can communicate the existing people challenges effectively to our leadership team so that they partner with us for solutions (and sometimes budget dollars!)
- What companies are doing to improve their recruiting results and encourage employees to stay (hint: many of them are simple, but that doesn’t mean they are easy!)
- The importance of taking care of ourselves and our careers in the midst of a rapidly changing and increasingly stressful world of work.

Jimmy is a 20+ year HR leader, entrepreneur, speaker, consultant, and executive coach. He currently serves as the Executive Director of DallasHR.
Previously he was a founding partner of Novotus, a Texas based Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider three times named the number one mid-market RPO by HRO Today. He is a former member of the Board of Trustee's for DallasHR, and is the past State Director for Texas SHRM.
Jimmy uses his experience in both talent management and business leadership to help HR leaders understand, design, change and grow themselves and their companies. His passion is helping leaders and the teams they serve reach their potential!
