Employee Retirement Plan Overview

The “Employee Retirement Plan Overview” presentation provides participants with an understanding of the current environment and attitudes for both employers and employees related to employee retirement benefit plans. The presentation will provide employer decision makers with a concise overview of many of the existing and soon to be implemented Department of Labor regulations that have a direct impact on their employer based retirement plans. The presentation will also provide guidance on best practices to mitigate possible exposure areas in the event of a Department of Labor audit.

The presentation will provide a broad overview of recent third party research and analysis of the attitudes, concerns and goals expressed by employees related to how they view their retirement benefits, what employees are looking for from their employers and how employers can improve retirement benefits provided to employees.

**Registration Update**

Starting in March, all online reservation are due by noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Online registration will be closed at that time. Attendees not registered online will be considered walk-in registrations and will be charged the guest rate of $35.

Cancellations -Members and guests who do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event day, will be charged for the cost of the event.
