About the speakers:
Jason Pfaff
Jason Pfaff is Ancora’s Vice President of Business Development. He has spent 20 plus years at the forefront of adult-oriented education and innovative workforce training solutions.
Jason spent nearly a decade in executive and leadership roles at the University of Phoenix during a period of innovation, rapid growth and scale. In his last role at the University of Phoenix he served as Vice President of the Northeast overseeing revenue of over $100 million and staff of over 3,000.
Following his experience at the University of Phoenix, Jason served in a variety of leadership roles at Delta Career Education Corporation. Jason was a Regional Vice President, Head of Student Analytics and Experience, and also served as Vice President of Product Development. In his time as VP of Product Development, the company developed over two dozen new programs and concepts to grow and diversify the programmatic portfolio.
Following his time at Delta, Jason served as Head of Learning Innovation at the Association for Talent Development. He oversaw educational products that were sold on six continents for the largest association in the world serving the corporate learning and talent development community. During his time, Jason designed many new and cutting edge products such as ‘Elements’, an on-demand catalog of adaptive courses serving as a new revenue stream and opportunity for members to learn.
Most recently, Jason served as Vice President of the Online at Salem University where he spearheaded the development of new revenue generating programs.
Jason is currently Vice President of Business Development at Ancora Education where he is focused on generating new business through new relationships with companies all over the country through Ancora’s groundbreaking ‘Corporate Learning Management’ concept which is delivered through the breakthrough Lyo learning platform.
A former entrepreneur and candidate for state office, Jason is a graduate of St. Gregory’s University and holds an MBA. He lives in the Washington, DC metro area with his wife and 4 children.
