SPECIAL EVENING EVENT!
Improving Employee Engagement
An engaged employee is a productive employee. Someone who enjoys their work and buys-in to the mission of the organization will share a more positive experience with clients, customers, donors, and more. Meaningful employee engagement comes from intentionality. You must approach employee engagement with a defined purpose and goal. The most comprehensive employee engagement initiatives start at the point of hiring and have intentional employee engagement components through employee on-boarding, professional training and development, employee appraisals, and succession planning. When an employee’s goals and values are aligned with the organization’s, they will stay indefinitely. As part of this movement towards employee engagement, organizations must become aware of how their corporate culture impacts various stakeholders.
This workshop will highlight the strategies and best practices for employee engagement, as well as, assisting participants in developing an Action Plan for implementing their own employee engagement initiatives.
Learning Objectives:
- 1. Identify the elements of meaningful employee engagement
- 2. Recognize the importance of a comprehensive employee engagement initiative
