Would you like to hear a first hand account of a Human Resource Manager who experienced organizing efforts from avoidance to acceptance? This presentation will take participants through the journey that involved two organizing campaigns that occurred in North Texas. The end result of both campaigns was that the organizers prevailed. You will learn about the events that led up to the organizing efforts; the approach that was taken by the company; the results of the election and ultimately the impact that organizing has had on the employees and the management team.
